Here the customer needed to replace the existing original concrete driveway which has cracked and started to fall away from the house, we were also asked to lay a fresh front pathway using rustic brick paving.
In the rear garden the customer wanted us to join the existing side path so the small patio and extend to create a large patio area.
Lewis took away old patio at back of house and replaced concrete base. Lewis has completed further work for us since. Good attention to detail, takes pride in his work, informative, good customer service and trustworthy. The work actually came slightly under budget.
This project required us to excavate the entire front drive with additional area, rear patio area and remove waste from site, install new concrete base and patio to the rear, New concrete kerb edgings to create new tarmac drive, lay and compact 150mm type one aggregate, Lay new rustic brick paving to create a wider front path and a comfortable height to line up with existing front steps.
