Here we have constructed a first floor extension above the existing porch to enlarge the third bedroom / office, the customer asked that we try to build this extension to look as if it has always been there and not to stand out, We sourced bricks to match the existing and re used bricks from the knock-through from both extensions.

We also extended above the existing garage to create a new bedroom, this required a complete steel beam construction from new concrete pads excavated and poured for the steel work to be built off of.
The garage was then converted into a warm, dry and usable space.
