Single storey wrap around extension to allow for a new open planned kitchen dinning room, utility room, downstairs bathroom, new doorway and patio extension.
Here we had to demolish an existing conservatory which served as the dinning room.
We constructed a complete wrap around extension incorporating structural steel work to support the first floor and roof of the property, this included a complex design of steel beams to the new extension and existing property to create an open planned space for a new kitchen by Hamilton Stone Design.
The two large roof lights, generous sliding doors give this extension a very bright flowing feel.
We worked closely with Sussex Architectural Services & Assent Building control to ensure this project was completed to a very high standard and up to regulations.
