Structural internal & external wall removals and structural steel installations

Here the customer wanted to reconfigure the entire Kitchen and Dinning area to their property & have large patio doors installed, this required the removal of structural internal and external walls as well as removing an existing structural lintel and install a complex design of structural steel beams and columns joined to each other and supporting structural walls and floors above.

The existing chimney also had to be removed and supported with structural steel beams to make way for a large patio door opening.

Large pads had to be excavated and poured with concrete for the columns to sit on.

On site alterations and fabrications were undertaken to achieve the customer needs.

We liaised with the local building control to ensure all work was up to regulation.
