Internal non load bearing masonry wall removed, patio relay and new front path.

Here we removed a non load bearing masonry wall separating the existing kitchen and dinning room, this gave way to a new kitchen to be installed by Hamilton Stone Design.

The existing slate patio had been previously laid on an insufficient base causing it to move and sink, we lifted the entire patio and poured a complete concrete base, we installed new drains to take the run off from the new patio laid on a solid base of sand and cement.

We also laid a new front path and steps, widening the existing route and bringing the front of the house to life.
